On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce a new service to our members, FIT Newsletter. The vision for the Florida Insurance Trust quarterly newsletter is to establish an online resource to exchange ideas and expertise on key issues facing today’s nonprofit organizations. By providing timely and effective solutions, highlighting each other’s success stories and commemorating the uniqueness of the trust, this vision can be realized. The Board of Director’s is committed to protecting the quality of FIT’s insurance products, developing informative educational programs, and securing vital loss control services to the membership.
In celebration of the success of our 2nd Annual FIT Educational Retreat, the first issue of the FIT Newsletter provides additional information on the topics presented at this year’s retreat. I invite you to learn more about our claims administrator’s online claims management system, I Claims Expert, ICE. It is a valuable, free resource available to the members of FIT.
