Developed in-house by FARA Claim Professionals, iClaimsExpert delivers real-time information to our clients via browsers through a fast, secure, and easy to navigate user interface. iClaimsExpert was built on a solid architectural foundation that allows for superior performance that provides a method to securely store your valuable claim data. Some of iClaimsExpert’s highlights include 24x7 claim reporting, with immediate confirmation and assignment and Web access to progress notes, reserves, payments and digital images.
FARA uses cost containment resources to manage claims and control the overall cost, while still providing the claimant with reasonable, necessary, and appropriate medical care. FARA PPO Services provides a network offering discounted hospital, physician, radiology, physical therapy, chiropractic and prescription charges. Our affiliation with other leading Preferred Provider Organizations brings contractually discounted medical services from over 400,000 providers and 12,000 hospitals nationwide. Also, FARA has an excellent Pharmacy Benefit Management program that helps to control the cost of prescribed medicine. The Pharmacy Benefit Management program is not a legally mandated program; however, FARA voluntarily participates to make sure that its clients receive the best service that we can provide.
In addition to the efficiencies generated by our internal medical cost containment programs, iClaimsExpert is fully integrated with our bill review and managed care networks, further reducing your total cost of risk. FARA’s in-house Bill Review department provides an automated comparison of provider bills against the state fee schedule or usual and customary charges in non-fee schedule states. Also, FARA Bill Review is known as one of the fastest bill review departments in the industry.
