The Florida Insurance Trust (FIT) has officially transitioned to Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc (CCMSI) for Third Party Administration (TPA) services. This change is for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Property and Auto, and includes the management of all historical claims as well as all new claims effective January 1, 2026.
Please find detailed sections below that assist with; Claim Reporting, Claim Reporting Video, Claims Team lists along with contact information, as well as additional Workers Compensation resources, such as WC - Treatment Form and WC - First Fill Form.
Once a claim has been reported, please send all follow-up and miscellaneous information to CCMSI via email: fitmiscmail@ccmsi.com. *This is not a claim reporting email.*
